All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the criteria set out in this document. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Standard Eligibility Window
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you submit your request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will generally not be considered, except in cases of documented technical failure attributable to our platform.
2.2 Conditions That Support Eligibility
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course or program content.
- The content purchased is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
- A verified technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing the purchased content.
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing system error.
- Your account shows no meaningful engagement with the enrolled course or program.
2.3 Conditions That Affect Eligibility
- You have completed or substantially progressed through the purchased content.
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
- The request is based on a change of personal preference or circumstances unrelated to our platform.
- You have previously received a refund for the same or a similar product on our platform.
- The purchase was made as part of a promotional, discounted, or bundled offer explicitly marked as non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances unless a verified billing error has occurred:
- Live sessions, webinars, or workshops that have already taken place.
- Subscription plans for periods already consumed.
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or supplementary resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Purchases explicitly marked as final sale or non-refundable at checkout.
- Gift cards or prepaid credit applied to your account.
- Add-ons, coaching sessions, or one-on-one mentorship that have been delivered in full or in part.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, access will continue until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for partially used monthly billing periods are not provided unless a technical error has prevented access for a significant portion of that period.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a prorated refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date and the account shows minimal usage. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you retain access until the subscription period expires.
4.3 Free Trials
No charges are applied during a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed according to the plan you selected. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis that a user forgot to cancel before the trial period concluded.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request

6. Review and Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a complete refund request, our team will review it within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified of the outcome by email. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Please note that processing times may vary and are not solely within our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where full refund eligibility is not met but extenuating circumstances exist, Skillenia Focus may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or platform credit. Platform credit may be applied to future purchases and is non-transferable.
The decision to offer a partial refund or credit is entirely at the discretion of Skillenia Focus and does not constitute an admission of liability or obligation to offer the same resolution in future cases.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account while the dispute is under review.
If a chargeback is filed and subsequently resolved in our favor, any associated account suspension will remain in effect and any remaining access to content may be revoked. We cooperate fully with payment processors and provide all relevant documentation during dispute resolution processes.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen situations may arise. In cases of documented serious illness, bereavement, or other significant personal hardship, we encourage you to contact our support team.
